Scotty Oatman

Retired from 25 years of service in the US Army. Pursued a lifelong dream of aviation after separation from service and has logged more than 1400 hours of flight time in just under 5 years. Scotty holds Commercial Single and Multi Engine Land, and Single Engine Sea Certificates, Flight Instructor Certificates for Single and Multi Engine Aircraft, Instrument Airplane Rating and Endorsements for Tailwheel, High Performance and Complex Aircraft. He has attended aerobatic training with Patty Wagstaff and teaches basic aerobatic flight in his Super Decathlon. With more than 900 hours of dual instruction given and 100% 1st time checkride successes Scotty has earned the respect of his peers and has become a reliable and trusted source of information for aviators at all levels. Scotty is an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Rated Pilot. He is a husband of 22 years, and father of a Son (and pilot) at the United State Air Force Academy, and Daughter that will be attending college as a Division 1 athlete.

Activities outside of aviation: Hunting, Fishing, Snow Skiing, SCUBA Diving, Sky Diving, Family time

Gary Reynolds

Gary has been involved in aviation for over 50 years. Has over 6000 hours in over 50 types of powered airplanes and gliders and over 800 hours in multiple types of tailwheel aircraft. Gary holds Commercial Single and Multi-Engine Land, Single Engine Sea and Glider Certificates. He holds Flight Instructor Certificates for Single Engine Airplane and Glider and has provided endorsements for Tailwheel, High Performance and Complex Aircraft with over 2300 hours of flight instruction in airplanes and gliders. Gary is a past Part 135 pilot and is currently a check instructor for a local Part 141 flight school. 

Activities outside of aviation: Golf, Ski Instructor and family hikes
